These cover using this website. They are not the agreement for any work we do together. That one is separate, it is written down, and you sign it before anything starts.
The work shown here
The films, photographs and campaigns on this site were made by Nuage for our clients. They remain the property of Nuage and those clients and they are shown here as a portfolio. Please do not download, re-edit, repost or use any of it without asking us first. Ask, and the answer is often yes.
Enquiring and booking
Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not commit either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. Any work begins only once there is a written proposal and you have accepted it.
Please give us accurate details. If the phone number is wrong we cannot call you back, which mostly costs you the call.
What this site is
Everything here is general information about what we do. It is not advice for your specific business, and results shown for one client are not a promise of the same result for another. What your campaign does depends on your market, your offer, your budget and your product, and we will give you a straight read on all four before you spend anything.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or never goes down.
Other sites
Where we link out, including to our booking calendar and our social profiles, those services have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and they are the ones responsible for them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is when they last changed.
Where this applies
Nuage operates from Queensland, Australia, and these terms are governed by the laws of Queensland. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, because nothing can.
